Classes & Coaching
Floral Design Classes
We offer floral design classes in a variety of formats and for different skill levels. Sign up for a presentation on the art of ikebana or come in for a hands-on class on holiday centerpieces. After a hands on class you will go home with a floral arrangement of your very own.
Class offerings include:
- Basics of Floral Design
- Traditional Vase Arrangement
- Handheld Bouquet
- Modern Centerpiece
- Corsage Making
Classes are held in a small studio for groups of 4-12 students and are generally from 1.5 to 3 hours. Prices vary $50-$125 per class per person. Floral design classes for children are available. Inquire about our series passes and gift certificates.
Pensive Weeds also offers private classes perfect for a group night out or a team building event. Catering packages are available. Contact us and we will be happy to arrange an event for your group.
Home Garden Coaching
For those interested in learning about the art of gardening or looking for guidance on plant care and propagation we offer plant care classes and coaching on hourly basis.
Our rates are $50/hour or discounted seasonal arrangements can be made. Internship positions are available.
